The Soulages Museum is a modern and contemporary art institution located in Rodez, in Aveyron. It was created from an exceptional donation and is organized around permanent collections comprising paintings on canvas, walnut hull stains and paintings on paper, as well as preparatory drawings for the stained glass windows of Conques and printed works. The museum also offers temporary exhibitions and has a documentation center as well as a bookstore-shop. It offers visits adapted to different audiences: individuals, families, groups and school groups.

Casa Pairal is a social history museum dedicated to Catalan folk arts and traditions. Located in the Castillet, a historic monument classified since 1889 that overlooks Place Verdun in Perpignan, the museum offers an overview of daily life and the intangible heritage of northern Catalonia. The original museum design, created in 1963 by Georges Henri Rivière based on the model of the National Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions, was revisited in 2014 while preserving evocative spaces such as the kitchen of the Mas Gleix farmhouse. The third floor is dedicated to new forms of mediation and digital content. The institution also has a library and documentation center.

The Château Fort Musée Pyrénéen of Lourdes occupies a medieval fortress that successively served as a countly residence, military stronghold, and royal prison. The Pyrenean museum, founded in 1921 by Louis and Margalide Le Bondidier, offers an ethnographic and fine arts collection devoted to the history of the Pyrenees and the Pyrenean movement, which views the mountain experience as inseparable from aesthetic and cultural emotion. The castle grounds preserve defensive architecture that overlooks the city of Lourdes and the Sanctuary. The site also includes a botanical garden landscaped with sculptures and scale models of Pyrenean valley architecture. The museum offers self-guided and guided tours, as well as workshops and regular thematic events.
