The Minerals and Fossils Museum of Saint-Pé-de-Bigorre, presented under the commercial name "La Pé-pite de Big'Or", is dedicated to mineralogy and paleontology. Open since July 2024, it houses a collection of more than 1500 mineral species and 500 fossils accumulated over more than 50 years by a family of enthusiasts. The museum offers a tour of French and international geological heritage, accessible to the public according to seasonal hours from May to September, with the possibility of visiting by request outside these periods. An associated shop offers the sale of collector minerals online and on site. Located in the Hautes-Pyrénées in Occitanie, the museum reflects a personal project of passing on a family passion for minerals.
