Ecomuseum dedicated to the history, culture and environment of the Hanau region, located in Bouxwiller in Bas-Rhin, at the gateway to the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park. The museum occupies a remarkable architectural complex dating from the 14th-16th centuries, listed as a Historic Monument. Recognized, it develops a project to promote the value of the Alsatian rural territory through its collections and temporary exhibitions. It offers guided tours adapted to all audiences, as well as a program of educational activities and workshops throughout the year.
