The Judeo-Alsatian Museum of Bouxwiller is housed in the building of the village's former synagogue, a structure dating from 1842. It traces the history of the Jews of Alsace and Lorraine, and documents their traditions and ways of life. Located in Bas-Rhin, in the Grand Est region, this history museum offers a perspective on Alsatian religious and cultural heritage. The collection and museography reflect the uses and customs of this historical community. The museum is accessible to the public during regular hours, and events are organized throughout the year.
