The House of the Bride is a museum dedicated to the workshops for creating waxed flowers in Saint-Joachim, located on the island of Fédrun in Loire-Atlantique. The museum presents bridal crowns and bridal globes, objects that bear witness to a fashion phenomenon spanning the 20th century. The collection comprises approximately 200 bridal globes, constituting the largest known public collection of these objects. The museum offers free and guided tours, allowing visitors to discover the history of local workshops and the evolution of wedding traditions. It is part of the network of museums in the Brière regional natural park.
