The Battant Ecomuseum is a history museum dedicated to the industrial heritage of Charmes, in the Vosges. Located on an activity site dating from 1580, it traces over four centuries of history linked to water exploitation and working-class labor. Visits, conducted by volunteers, are supported by archives, videos, and demonstrations to illustrate the social and technical evolution of workers between the 19th and 20th centuries. Situated near the town center and the port of Charmes, the site is accessible to visitors from Father's Day to the Heritage Days. Free parking and access to local tourist amenities complete the visit experience.
