The Museum of Natural History in Troyes is housed in the Abbey of Saint-Loup, a remarkable historic building in the city center. It is part of the Troyes museum hub, which brings together six institutions labeled "Museums of France" according to the Heritage Code. The museum has been labeled since September 17, 2003. It shares its premises with the Museum of Fine Arts and Archaeology, forming a collection dedicated to naturalistic and archaeological collections. Located in the Grand Est region, in the Aube department, it contributes to the museum and historical heritage of the city of Troyes.
