Electropolis Museum is located in Mulhouse in Haut-Rhin. It is dedicated to the history and challenges of electricity, from the scientific field to domestic and industrial applications. The museum offers permanent exhibitions covering the evolution of electricity from Antiquity to the 21st century, as well as a space called the Garden of Energies. Its collections notably include a large Sulzer-BBC machine, which the museum regularly demonstrates in operation, as well as an important documentary collection and a significant scientific and technical heritage. The museum appeals to all audiences through diverse scenography and a pedagogical approach, with activities adapted for families, schools, and groups.
