The Univem - Museum of Liberation Vehicles is a non-profit association founded on volunteer work, dedicated to the restoration and preservation of military vehicles, particularly those from World War II. The museum houses a collection of approximately 50 restored and operational vehicles, mainly Allied equipment such as Sherman tanks, Jeeps, GMC trucks and half-tracks, supplemented by vehicles belonging to members. Based in Île-de-France, the association operates as a living museum by regularly participating in commemorations, military ceremonies, patriotic parades and historical events. The Univem has approximately 180 members of all ages whose commitment enables the restoration, maintenance and enhancement of technical and historical heritage. Currently, the museum has closed its former premises in Ollainville and is set to reopen in 2026 in Montlhéry.
