The Museum of Traditions, located in Biscarrosse in the Vendée, is a museum in a rural area. Run by the Biscarrosse Cultural Association, it documents local heritage through several fields: basketry, porcelain painting, beekeeping, as well as the traditional boats and cabins of the region. The museum is associated with an educational farm and offers boat trips to explore the surroundings. Opening hours vary by season: in July-August, it opens from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM; outside the season, group visits (from 10 people) are possible by reservation.
