The Cuzals ecomuseum is located on the limestone plateau of the municipality of Sauliac-sur-Célé, in the Célé valley, in the Lot. Set on a 20-hectare site, it operates as an ecomuseum in a rural territory, preserving and transmitting knowledge and practices related to agriculture and traditional crafts of the plateau. Currently closed to visitors, the institution is undertaking extensive renovation work and conservation of its collections, which comprise nearly 15,000 objects. This establishment combines documentary and educational purposes, offering discovery workshops (botanical drawing, lime whitewashing techniques, dry stone construction) and activities devoted to the territory's history and pastoralism.
