The Museum of the Tour des Échevins occupies a remarkable civil building constructed in the mid-15th century, the former town hall of Luxeuil-les-Bains. This rectangular building, equipped with a monumental spiral staircase of 146 steps, rises over four stories and offers panoramic views of the Vosges and the Alps from its upper floors. The municipal museum of art and archaeology housed there presents collections in both of these fields. It is part of the cultural heritage of Luxeuil-les-Bains, a thermal spa town in Haute-Saône in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
