Mademoiselle Manor is a 19th-century residence located in Segonzac, in the heart of the Grande Champagne Premier Cru of Cognac. It is one of the historic seats of the Ferrand House, a spirits production company. The manor is part of an ancient wine-growing estate and represents the territorial foundation of this cognac and spirits trading business. It is part of a set of four heritage residences operated by the house as spaces for welcoming visitors and discovering its world.
