Victor Hugo's House is a literary museum located at Place des Vosges in Paris. Labeled as a heritage site, it is among the Houses of Famous Figures. The museum occupies the writer's former apartment and offers visitors a tour of the spaces as they were in Victor Hugo's time, as well as temporary exhibitions dedicated to his life and work. It is accompanied by a heritage library that brings together books, manuscripts, and archives. The institution also manages Hauteville House in Guernsey, the poet's house of exile, thus completing the biographical and historical approach of the institution.
