Located high in the Andes Mountains of Peru, this archaeological site represents one of the most significant achievements of Incan civilization. Built in the mid-15th century, the sanctuary exemplifies the advanced engineering and architectural knowledge of the Incan Empire, featuring precisely constructed stone buildings, terraces, and waterworks integrated into the mountainous terrain.
