The Museum of Relief Maps is located in Paris, in the Île-de-France region. It has held the "Museum of France" label since 2002, under the Heritage Code. This museum is dedicated to relief maps, three-dimensional representations of fortified sites and territories, constituting a collection of historical and geographical character. The institution is part of French museum heritage and contributes to the conservation and promotion of this type of specialized collections.
