The Museum of Urban and Social History of Suresnes is dedicated to urban history and social urbanism of the interwar period. Located in Suresnes in the Hauts-de-Seine, it preserves more than ten thousand works and seventy thousand postcards relating to urban and social history. The permanent collections allow visitors to explore the evolution of living spaces and urban practices, while the museum offers temporary exhibitions and heritage walks throughout the city. The venue also features a heritage apartment furnished as it was in the 1930s, a former caretaker's residence in the garden city, offering insight into domestic comfort of that era. The museum has a documentation center open to the public and provides an online searchable database of its collections.
