The House of Milling is a heritage site established in 1728 in Rives-d'Autise in Vendée, in the Poitevin Marsh. It comprises a functional water mill and constitutes a place of memory dedicated to milling and traditional craft practices. The site offers guided tours adapted for families, groups and school visitors, supplemented by educational workshops and seasonal activities. Visitors can notably participate in workshops for bread and pastry making using stone-ground flour produced on site. Regular events, including the Milling Festival organized every two years, mark the site's calendar.
