The Coubertin Foundation is an open-air museum located in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, in Yvelines, recognized as such. Founded in 1950 by Yvonne de Coubertin and Jean Bernard, it is committed to transmitting values of humanism, excellence, and the improvement of manual labor. The estate hosts a unique workers' university, equipped with high-level workshops including the Saint-Jacques Workshops and the Coubertin Foundry, where young skilled craftspeople deepen their knowledge.
