The Casa San Martín is a museum in Boulogne-sur-Mer (Pas-de-Calais) dedicated to the memory of General José de San Martín, liberator of South America. Installed in the house where the general spent the last two years of his life and where he died on August 17, 1850, the museum was acquired in 1926 by the Argentine State and is currently under the administration of the Embassy of the Argentine Republic in France. The building, located at 113 Grande-Rue, preserves the memory of San Martín's private life and his stay in France, away from the political upheavals of the time. Beyond its collections, the museum regularly hosts cultural activities organized by the embassy, such as concerts, lectures, and exhibitions. The Casa San Martín also serves as the headquarters of the San Martín Historical Circle, founded in 1993, and represents a place of memory for many Argentine visitors.
