The Entomological Museum of Saint-Quentin is located within the Saint-Jacques Space. It houses a collection estimated at approximately 600,000 insect specimens, of which about 11,000 are displayed in a renovated scenography combining historical, biological, and heritage presentations. The collections, made up of pieces dating back over a century, consist mainly of lepidoptera (butterflies) and coleoptera (beetles), preserved in period boxes and cabinets. The museum offers an interactive tour combining observations, games, scale models, and digital tools, as well as educational activities and guided visits intended for school groups and the general public.
