The Charles de Gaulle Birthplace is a local history museum located in Lille, in the North of France. Housed at 9 rue Princaise, it occupies the birthplace of General de Gaulle and offers visitors an immersion into the Lille origins of this historical figure. The museum offers permanent and temporary exhibitions, as well as guided tours. It is open daily, except on Tuesdays, and welcomes individual visitors as well as school and adult groups. The Charles de Gaulle Birthplace is a cultural facility of the North Department.
