The Museum of Alpinism Memories is located in Saint-Christophe-en-Oisans, in Isère, in a mountainous region conducive to alpine practices. The museum offers a permanent exhibition dedicated to alpinism and its memories, supplemented by temporary exhibitions throughout the year. It defines itself as a space dedicated to "adventure, freedom and emotions" linked to this practice. The museum welcomes visitors according to seasonal hours: daily access from June to September, and from October to May during school holidays as well as on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Guided tours are regularly offered to enhance the discovery of the collections.
