The Frank A. Perret Museum is a museum of volcanic and local history located in Saint-Pierre in Martinique. Created in 1933 by Frank Arnold Perret, an American volcanologist and geologist, it is dedicated to understanding the 1902 eruption of Mount Pelée and its consequences for the city. The museum offers photographs, archives and documents that trace the life of Saint-Pierre before and after this major disaster. It remains a reference point for the study of volcanology and local history. The museum is open daily and offers admission rates adapted to different audiences.
