The Dobrée Museum is a public institution located in Nantes, in Loire-Atlantique. The museum presents multiple collections covering more than 500,000 years of history and originating from five continents, bringing together more than 2,400 works. Its architecture is characterized by an atypical complex composed of the Dobrée House, a 15th-century manor and a contemporary reception building, located in the heart of Anglo-Norman gardens. The collections cover history, archaeology and the arts, offering a multidisciplinary approach to heritage. The museum offers free and guided visits, as well as documentary resources and collections available online.
