The Museum of Fine Arts and Archaeology of Besançon is an institution recognized as. Located in Besançon, in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, it houses collections of painting, graphic art, sculpture and archaeology. The museum offers a diverse cultural program including temporary exhibitions, workshops, guided tours and lectures aimed at all audiences. It operates in close partnership with the Museum of Time, together forming the Museums of Arts and Time of Besançon. The museum also emphasizes cultural mediation, particularly for young people and school groups, as well as the accessibility of its content.
