The Roger-Quilliot Art Museum is the fine arts museum of Clermont-Ferrand, housed in a former Ursuline convent located at Place Louis-Deteix. It presents collections of paintings, sculptures and decorative arts spanning the period from the Middle Ages to the 20th century across six levels, including works by Chassériau, Doré, Bartholdi and Fragonard. It is among the major cultural institutions in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The museum offers a regular program including guided tours, workshops, lectures and temporary exhibitions, and provides an opportunity to discover the historic Montferrand district.
