The Archaeological Museum of Mariana, official since 2012, is a site museum located in Lucciana in Upper Corsica. It presents the remains and history of the ancient and paleochristian site of Mariana, heart of the Mediterranean space. The building, constructed of raw concrete and glass, offers refined architecture and opens the view onto the surrounding landscape. The archaeological collections are enriched by multimedia devices and trace the ancient and medieval periods of the territory. The adjacent archaeological site, complemented by the Romanesque church A Canonica (11th-12th centuries), forms an ensemble also comprising an archaeological park and a scientific research center.
