The Mimoyecques Fortress is a historical site of memory and interpretation located in Landrethun-le-Nord, in Pas-de-Calais. The site combines heritage interest linked to World War II with a remarkable natural dimension, constituting a recognized regional nature reserve. Visitors can explore underground galleries and exterior remains of bombing damage on limestone hills, guided by specialized tours. The museum also offers temporary exhibitions, notably "1940, De Gaulle, The Resistance in Nord-Pas-de-Calais," which documents through testimonies and period objects the events of the 1940 period in the region. Open from mid-April to October, the site offers an educational approach to heritage combining military history and environmental management.
