Cité Nature is a scientific museum located in Arras, in the Hauts-de-France region, housed in a former miners' lamp factory from the 1920s, rehabilitated by architect Jean Nouvel. The museum offers permanent and temporary exhibitions devoted to nature, food and health, as well as various scientific themes, designed for all audiences and ages. Visitors can explore thematic pathways covering biodiversity, agricultural history and environmental issues, complemented by workshops and events throughout the year. The site also features 15,000 m² of gardens arranged in educational plots and sensory spaces, inviting discovery of the plant world. Open since 2005, Cité Nature functions as a place blending industrial heritage, science and nature.
