The Museum of African and Asian Arts, established in Vichy in Allier, is a recognized museum since 2003. Its collections cover decorative arts, ethnography, religions, music, photography, and iconography from the African and Asian continents. The museum regularly proposes temporary exhibitions exploring contemporary African arts, the historical and commercial routes connecting Tibet, Gandhāra, and Amazonia, as well as local history and heritage. It welcomes the public from Tuesday to Sunday and organizes thematic guided tours, as well as educational programs adapted to schools.
