MUS'ENERGIE is a museum dedicated to motive power and energy in service of humanity, located in Ambert in Puy-de-Dôme. Over approximately 1,600 m², the museum presents an extensive collection of steam engines, both stationary and mobile, some of which are operated during the visit. The tour highlights different forms of energy used by humanity, complemented by a braiders' workshop and a space dedicated to local rosary bead traditions. A micro-power station powered by a large steam engine concludes the visit. The whole constitutes testimony to industrial heritage and technical know-how.
