La Galerie Ar'Tan a été créée dans l'ancien atelier du peintre Philippe Beillet le Béhérec, situé dans le quartier historique de Granville. Dirigée par Aurore Beillet le Béhérec, fille du peintre fondateur, la galerie diffuse l'œuvre de son père ainsi que le travail d'autres artistes. Elle propose des expositions mettant en avant la peinture, la sculpture et la photographie dans un cadre patrimonial significatif de la Haute-Ville de Granville.
